Dr. Andy begins: "I had just run a marathon, and was in the best shape I'd been in for a very long time. But I still had a few pockets of fat that I just couldn't exercise away. The day we took delivery of the CoolSculpting machine, we began training -- and I was the guinea pig. After all, if I'm going to talk to people about the procedure, I need to know what it feels like to be the patient.

Since I'd been actively researching Zeltiq and the promise of fat freezing for almost two years, I had a good idea of what to expect. And now as both a physician and a patient, I can say with confidence: this procedure is not only effective, it's really cool!"
